ZeroInfra Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZeroInfra's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). ZeroInfra is operated by ZyreGroup LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroInfra provides Large Language Model (LLM) inference services through our API and platform, enabling users to access AI-powered text generation and processing capabilities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Service Access

4.1 OpenRouter Integration

ZeroInfra services are provided through the OpenRouter platform. Access to our LLM inference services is subject to OpenRouter's terms of service and account requirements.

4.2 Service Availability

Our services are currently in the application process to become an OpenRouter provider. Service availability is contingent upon approval and integration with the OpenRouter platform.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Create content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups
• Generate spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Generate content that infringes upon intellectual property rights
• Create content intended to mislead, deceive, or defraud others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZyreGroup LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

6.3 Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection and may be similar to content generated for other users.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

7.1 No Chat Data Storage

We do not store or retain chat data, conversation histories, or user inputs after processing is complete.

7.2 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

10. Payment and Billing

10.1 OpenRouter Billing

All payments and billing for ZeroInfra services are handled through the OpenRouter platform. Users must maintain valid OpenRouter accounts and comply with OpenRouter's payment terms.

10.2 Pricing

Service pricing is determined by OpenRouter's pricing structure for provider services. We do not directly handle payments or billing.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYREGROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZyreGroup LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend service provision, subject to OpenRouter's platform policies. Access termination may also result from OpenRouter account issues or platform violations.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZyreGroup LLC regarding the use of the Service.
